We ship within the United States. If you’re outside the US, contact us before ordering and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Lyophilized compounds are stable at room temperature in transit, so they don’t need cold packs. Vials are cushioned against impact and ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging.

≥99%, verified by HPLC on every batch – not on a representative sample from months ago. The Certificate of Analysis for your specific lot is available before you buy.

Lyophilized powder keeps at room temperature in a cool, dark place for short-term storage. For anything longer than about 90 days, freeze at -20°C. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2-8°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles – that’s what degrades peptides fastest.

Lyophilized compounds stay stable for 2+ years frozen at -20°C. Reconstituted material should be used within a few weeks refrigerated. Every vial carries its batch number so you can trace its date.

Use bacteriostatic water. Run it slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than injecting straight into the powder, and let it dissolve on its own. Never shake it – agitation shears the peptide.

Sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. The benzyl alcohol inhibits bacterial growth, which is what lets reconstituted material stay usable for weeks instead of days.

Yes. We send samples to independent accredited laboratories – HPLC for purity, mass spectrometry for identity. You’re not just taking our word for it; the COA is the point.

Synthesized and lyophilized in-house in the USA under controlled conditions. We work with vetted synthesis partners for raw material and don’t switch suppliers chasing margins.

If a shipment arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we’ll make it right. Reconstituted vials can’t be returned, and we can’t cover degradation from storage after delivery – but if we got something wrong, we fix it.
