What to expect when ordering opens, and how we resolve an order that arrives damaged or incorrect.

Checkout is not accepting orders yet. When it opens, available destinations, shipping services, costs, and any estimated delivery dates will be shown before an order is placed. We currently plan to serve eligible customers through our United States, India and Thailand storefronts; an option is available only if it appears for your address at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking information will be provided when a shipment is dispatched. Carrier delays, customs review, weather, and incomplete addresses can change delivery times. Please check your address before submitting an order. International customers are responsible for applicable import requirements, duties, and taxes unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Tell us within 7 days.
If an item arrives damaged, missing, or different from what you ordered, email support@aminosociety.org within seven calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.
We will review the evidence and, for a verified shipping or fulfillment error, arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item as appropriate. This does not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If tracking shows a shipment as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with the carrier and contact us promptly so we can help investigate.
Returns and cancellations.
Because these are laboratory materials, opened, reconstituted, used, altered, contaminated, or improperly stored products cannot be returned. We do not accept a return for a change of mind after shipment. Contact support before sending anything back; unauthorized returns may be refused.
Request an order change or cancellation as soon as possible. We can make changes only before an order enters fulfillment or ships. Any approved refund will be arranged using an available lawful method appropriate to the original payment; timing depends on that method. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
