What is the expected shelf life of your lyophilized products?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds are exceptionally stable and can maintain their structural integrity for 2+ years when properly stored between 2°C and 8°C, or frozen at -20°C. We strongly advise storing vials away from direct light and avoiding any repeated temperature fluctuations.
What is your shipping timeline, and is cold transit necessary?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with standard transit taking 3-5 days after fulfillment. Because our peptides are shipped in a highly stable lyophilized (freeze-dried) state, they do not require refrigeration during transit and remain perfectly intact at room temperature.
